These ribs are the bomb.I had some fresh peaches left over and thought why not top with my original rib recipe.Simple easy to prepare and oh so good.

Ingredients

  • 6 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 2 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 bottle favorite dry rub. i use(bacon chipolti

How To Make just peachy pork ribs

  • Step 1
    Rinse ribs in cold water and pat with paper towel removing some of the water.
  • Step 2
    add salt,black pepper,garlic in that order.pat down with hands (DO NOT RUB IN).
  • add dry rub
    Step 3
    add your dry rub generously and pat down with hands(DO NOT RUB IN)
  • add peaches
    Step 4
    wash,peel and slice peaches.arrange on top of ribs.
  • add brown sugar
    Step 5
    add your brown sugar and pat down with hands(DO NOT RUB IN)
  • wrapped in foil leave a slit in foil
    Step 6
    wrap in foil
  • Step 7
    cook for 30 minutes on 350 degrees then lower to 300 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes
