Ingredients
- 2 - slabs baby back ribs
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 4 tablespoons montreal steak seasioning
- 8 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons jamacian jerk seasoning powder
- 2 sheets parchment paper
- 2 sheets renolyds wrap
- 1 bottle open pit hickory bar-b-que sauce
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 dash ginger
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
How To Make indoor outdoor ribs

Step 1Wash pat dry the ribs, remove silver lining. Mix spices together.

Step 2Rub Ranch dressing all over ribs. Marinate overnight.

Step 3Sprinkle spice mixture all over.

Step 4Cook over indirect heat for 1 hour, remove ribs from grill and place on 1 sheet of parchment paper stack ribs and wrap, wrap again in second piece of parchment, then wrap twice with foil making sure sealed tight.

Step 5place directly on oven rake, Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 6Add Open Pit Bar-B-Que sauce (Hickory flavor) to sauce pan add 1tbl agave nectar, dash of cinnamon and ginger,2tbl orange juice . Bring to boil and simmer until reduced serve with ribs
