Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 2 pounds pork ribs, separated
- 12 ounces Guinness beer
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- - parsley, for garnish
How To Make guinness pork ribs

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and add the ribs, and leave them in the fridge overnight.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the ribs in double sheets of foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Discard the marinade.

Step 3Meanwhile, mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Unwrap the ribs and brush the glaze over them. Then pour in the rest.

Step 4Bake another 1/2 hour uncovered, turning the ribs a few times in the glaze

Step 5Garnish with the parsley.
