Ingredients

  • MARINADE
  • 2 pounds pork ribs, separated
  • 12 ounces Guinness beer
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • - parsley, for garnish

How To Make guinness pork ribs

  • Step 1
    Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and add the ribs, and leave them in the fridge overnight.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the ribs in double sheets of foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Discard the marinade.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Unwrap the ribs and brush the glaze over them. Then pour in the rest.
  • Step 4
    Bake another 1/2 hour uncovered, turning the ribs a few times in the glaze
  • Step 5
    Garnish with the parsley.
