Ingredients

  • 1 - rack of ribs
  • - applewood rub
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2/3 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons each chili powder, salt and celery seed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 4 - drops hot sauce

How To Make fall off the bone bbq ribs

  • Step 1
    Lay out the ribs on foil on large baking sheet. Rub the applewood rub all over both sides of ribs. Wrap tightly and let marinate overnight.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven 450 degrees. Roast the ribs wrapped in the foil for 2 hours. Until they fall off the bones.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients together. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 30 minutes. Let cool and it will thicken.
  • Step 4
    Unwrap the ribs after an hour an a half and brush the BBQ sauce over. Let cook uncovered for another 30 minutes. Enjoy
