easy tender spare ribs
This is a No-fail secret cooking technique. I have been making this recipe since 1970s, given to me by my Mother In law. She got this cooking secret from her family years earlier. It is juicy and tender every time. If you have your own secret spices, to ahead and put them in the water, or on the ribs if you don't want BBQ Sauce. I use Minders BBQ sauce.

One Rackspare rib

One tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

How To Make easy tender spare ribs

1Prepare Ribs by pulling the skin off of the back side of the ribs.

2Cut ribs to fit in large sauce pan.

3Cover ribs with tap water.

4Add Salt and Garlic power. (Any garlic will work)

5Heat ribs to slow boil, and simmer 1/2 hour.

6Move ribs to a sheet sheet pan.

7Cover with BBQ sauce.

8Place foil over the sheet pan.

9Bake in Pre-heated 350° oven for 45 minutes.

10Remove foul and continue baking 15 to 20 more minutes. (Add more BBQ sauce if needed.

11Remove from oven and tent with foil for 10 minutes.

12Cut and serve.
