easy tender spare ribs
This is a no-fail secret cooking technique. I have been making this recipe since the 1970s, when it was given to me by my Mother-in-law. She got this cooking secret from her family years earlier. It is juicy and tender every time. If you have your own secret spices, go ahead and put them in the water or on the ribs if you don't want BBQ Sauce. I use Kinder's BBQ sauce.
