Ingredients
- 3 pounds country style ribs, sliced into large chunks
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
How To Make country ribs with ginger bbq sauce

Step 1Place the ribs in a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Add a little oil to a saute pan. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and cook 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes then pour over the ribs in the slow cooker.

Step 3Cook on medium for 8 hours. If you like, strain the sauce, put through a degreaser and serve over the pork.
