~ country ribs instantpot style ~
My sister shared this recipe with me...we really liked it. Ribs were so tender and delicious! She didn’t use the cayenne, but I did. Add it or leave it, either way are great! Enjoy

Ingredients
- RUB
- 2 teaspoons each - garlic powder & onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon each - cayenne pepper and paprika
- 2 teaspoons pink sea salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- FOR POT
- 1 1/2 cups water and one large clove of garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 POUND BONELESS PORK RIBS
- favorite sauce
How To Make ~ country ribs instantpot style ~

Step 1In a small bowl, mix rub mix

Step 2Lay ribs out on a sheet pan and rub all sides with spice rub.

Step 3Place trivet in bottom of instantPot. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Place coated ribs on trivet.

Step 4Close lid until locks, close seal vent. Turn on pot on high pressure for 18 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for about 5 minutes.

Step 5With tongs remove ribs and place on sheet pan. Baste with favorite BBQ sauce and broil for a few minutes, making sure not to burn. Turn to other side and repeat.

Step 6Serve immediately. Enjoy...so tender!
