I'm sorry I did not post a picture, they did not last long enough. I had these spare ribs and wanted to do something different than using Bar-b-que sauce. I had a jar of apple butter and thought, how bad could this be; pork and apple flavoring! Sweet and tangy! My husband has been bragging about them since.

Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour turning once. When you turn the ribs, brush on the apple butter until the ribs are almost covered. Cook for about 10 minutes more. Do not overcook causing the apple butter to burn. This makes a tasty gravy also. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
