Ingredients For zucchini -sausage pie

  • 2 lb
    zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    fresh grated parmesan cheese

How To Make zucchini -sausage pie

  • 1
    Cook zucchini in salted water until tender; drain. Saute' sausage until cook through and drain off fat. Combine Sausage and zucchini with remaining ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of cheese. Spoon into greased 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle top of pie with remaining cheese.
