Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 8 - medium uncooked shrimp peeled and deviened
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 - inch piece of ginger peeled
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cole slaw mix
- - sweet and sour or plum sauce for serving
How To Make wrapper less egg rolls

Step 1Place the shrimp, garlic, ginger and soy sauce in a food processor and make a paste.

Step 2Add the pork to a large skillet. Over medium high heat brown the pork. Add the shrimp paste and stir and cook about 2 minutes. Stir in the cole slaw mix and bean sprouts. Cook until warmed through. Serve with sweet and sour or plum sauce.
