my husband loves pan fried pork chops but always had a problem getting them done, either not cooked enough or burned. Or he smokes up the house and sets the smoke alarm off. So, we researched a few recipes and decided to try them in the deep fryer. And boy are they Chelleicous!

- 2-4 - boneless pork chops
- - all purpose flour
- - salt and pepper
- - seasoning salt
- - vegetable oil
How To Make willie's deep fried pork chops

Step 1fill your electric deep fryer to the line, preheat oil until the light goes on. Using the highest setting.

Step 2mix dry ingredients together, just use enough to coat the meat. Season to taste

Step 3fry pork in hot oil one at a time until golden brown approximately 8 to 10 minutes, depends on the size of the chop. We had one small one that took 8 minutes, and the large one took about 9 minutes.
