my husband loves pan fried pork chops but always had a problem getting them done, either not cooked enough or burned. Or he smokes up the house and sets the smoke alarm off. So, we researched a few recipes and decided to try them in the deep fryer. And boy are they Chelleicous!

  • 2-4 - boneless pork chops
  • - all purpose flour
  • - salt and pepper
  • - seasoning salt
  • - vegetable oil

How To Make willie's deep fried pork chops

  • Step 1
    fill your electric deep fryer to the line, preheat oil until the light goes on. Using the highest setting.
  • Step 2
    mix dry ingredients together, just use enough to coat the meat. Season to taste
  • Step 3
    fry pork in hot oil one at a time until golden brown approximately 8 to 10 minutes, depends on the size of the chop. We had one small one that took 8 minutes, and the large one took about 9 minutes.
