Ingredients
- 2 - racks baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
How To Make whiskey rib sauce

Step 1Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes, until thick. Brush on ribs 15 minutes before ribs are done. Makes 4-6 servings.
