Great on baby back ribs.

Ingredients

2
racks baby back ribs
1/2 c
whiskey
4 clove
garlic, minced
2 c
brown sugar, packed
1/2 c
cider vinegar
2 c
chicken stock
1/2 c
tomato paste
3 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
tabasco sauce

Step-By-Step

1Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes, until thick. Brush on ribs 15 minutes before ribs are done. Makes 4-6 servings.
