waffle with pulled pork and bbq sauce
Just when you think you have tasted everything ... try this waffle with pulled pork with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. I love this recipe because it is so easy my grand kids can make them. The waffle flavor just rocks this pulled pork sandwich! I like to make these for parties, take one sandwich, cut into 4 pieces, put a large cocktail pick into the center and now you have 4 appetizers. Make plenty, they will go like hot cakes ... I mean waffles!

How To Make waffle with pulled pork and bbq sauce
-
Step 1Assemble waffle sandwiches by piling the pulled pork onto a warm waffle. Add some warm BBQ sauce on top of pulled pork, dollop a couple spoons of coleslaw on top of the pork and top with another warm waffle. Pour a little more BBQ sauce over the top of sandwich.
-
Step 2*** I like to add a couple of tablespoons of real maple syrup to the BBQ sauce before heating.
