Ingredients For vietnamese style pork ribs

2 lbpork baby back ribs ribs, separated

1 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion, chopped

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspginger, grated

1 Tbspbrown sugar

3 tspfish sauce

1 tspchili garlic sauce

1 cancoconut soda (12 oz)

3 stalkgreen onions, sliced
How To Make vietnamese style pork ribs

1Place the olive oil in a Dutch oven. Brown the ribs in batches until browned on all sides. Remove to a plate. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 5 minutes.

2Add the fish sauce and brown sugar. Add the ribs back to the Dutch oven. Pour the coconut soda over the top.

3Add water if the soda doesn't cover the ribs. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour.

4Remove the lid and continue to cook another 30 minutes until most of the moisture is absorbed. The last 5 minutes stir in the green onions.
