- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
How To Make vietnamese style caramel pork

Step 1Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Add the sugar and fish sauce. Cook until the pork starts to caramelize, about 5 minutes.
