This pork dinner came to me from a tug boat captain and no one jumped ship when he served it. We all smile when we have it. You will too!

    stuffing mix, your choice

    pork chops, uncooked

How to Make Tug Boat Pork Dinner


  1. Heat oven @350*
  2. Spray a 13"x9" pan with no stick spray foe quick clean-up.
  3. Pour contents of stuffing box into pan. Pour amount of water called for on box over dry stuffing. Followed by butter called for, in chunks
  4. Arrange 4 pork chops, or more, in pan uncooked.
  5. Pour apple pie filling over chops. Cover with foil and put in 350* oven for 45min.
