- 2 boxes velvetta shells cheese
- 1 cup frozen mix veggies
- - salt and pepper to tast

Step 1in a skillet brown the Spam and at the same time in a sauce pan perpare the Shells and cheese as the box says. at the Veggies to the spam and heat thru

Step 2Once everything is cooked mix together everything and place in a Cassarole Dish and bake for 20min. at 300.
