- 1/2 cup shio tare
- 5 cups creamy tonkotsu broth
- 8 slices pork chashu
- 4 packages ramen noodles minus seasoning packet
- 1 cup dried wood ear mushrooms reconstituded
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 4 ramen eggs
How To Make tonkotsu ramen

Step 1Mix the shio tare and creamy broth together in a pot and simmer over low heat. Cook the noodles in boiling water until done.

Step 2Place the noodles in 4 bowls evenly. Ladle the broth over the noodle and top evenly with remining ingredients. Enjoy
