How to Make Tomato Dumplings

Step-by-Step

  1. Form sausage into small cakes, Fry in deep kettle until brown, Add tomatoes. Season to taste. Heat to boiling. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking powder and salt. Add water. Beat until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling mixture. Cover. Boil 10 minutes.
  2. A nice dish to serve with rice.
