- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- - salt and pepper

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Pour oil in bottom of baking dish.and arrange the sausages in a single layer. Bake for 10 min

Step 3In a medium bowl whisk together flour,eggs,milk until smooth.

Step 4Remove the sausage from oven.Ladle batter over sausages.Return to oven bake for 35 min.Or until the center is risen and brown. If the underside is a little soft Don't Worry as this normal. Enjoy
