Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork rib
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 - medium onion
- 2 - garlic cloves
How To Make the rib

Step 1Grate onion and garlic cloves.

Step 2In a large Ziploc or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork ribs. Shake it up to blend well. Then put pork ribs into the Ziploc and rub on pork ribs. Refrigerate for half day.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
