How to Make The BEST Crockpot Pork Roast

Step-by-Step

  1. Carefully chop peppers, jalapeños, onions, & garlic (you can mix seeds from peppers & jalapeños into the chopped peppers to add a little spice!)
  2. Place your THAWED chunk of pork roast in center of crockpot.
  3. Decor the surrounding of the pork roast by spreading the beautifully chopped veggies around the roast.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, chilli power, (onion salt) over roast & veggies then pour water (or beer) over it to make the brothy goodness.
  5. Cook pork roast for 6-8 hours on LOW or until roast has fallen apart nicely (it's best to cook it overnight so you don't feel like you're waiting all that time). Enjoy!
