How To Make the best crockpot pork roast
-
Step 1Carefully chop peppers, jalapeños, onions, & garlic (you can mix seeds from peppers & jalapeños into the chopped peppers to add a little spice!)
-
Step 2Place your THAWED chunk of pork roast in center of crockpot.
-
Step 3Decor the surrounding of the pork roast by spreading the beautifully chopped veggies around the roast.
-
Step 4Sprinkle salt, pepper, chilli power, (onion salt) over roast & veggies then pour water (or beer) over it to make the brothy goodness.
-
Step 5Cook pork roast for 6-8 hours on LOW or until roast has fallen apart nicely (it's best to cook it overnight so you don't feel like you're waiting all that time). Enjoy!
