thai larb
Thai larb is one of the most popular street food in Thailand. It is a wonderful delicious combination of minced pork lime juice, chili flakes, fish sauce and fresh herbs. I served it in lettuce wraps topped with sweet chili sauce. Fabulous

How To Make thai larb
-
Step 1Take the uncooked Thai sticky rice (also called Thai sweet rice). Brown it over medium heat in an ungreased sauce pan stirring constantly until browned but not burnt. Let cool a bit then grind into a powder in food processor. Set aside.
-
Step 2Add the pork to a frying pan and cook until almost done. Add the shallots. Cook until pork is done. Remove from heat and add the rice powder, and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well.
