Ingredients
- 1 pound pork cut into thin strips
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 fresh red chili sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 large egg
- 4 scallions sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh thai basil chopped
- oil for stir frying
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons golden mountain seasoning sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
How To Make thai basil pork

Step 1Combine all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add the oil to a Wok or skillet. Stir fry the garlic and chilies for 30 seconds. Add the pork and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Push to the side and add the egg and scramble it and then incorporate into the rest of the ingredients. Add the chicken stock, and sauce reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2Add the green onions and basil. Simmer another 2 minutes. Serve with rice
