    boneless pork loin roast- cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2
    packages coleslaw mix
  • 1 c

How to Make Texas Slow Cook Pulled Pork


  1. Place one cup of water in slow cooker. Add pork.
    Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  2. Remove pork and shred when cool. Mix barbecue sauce, worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes with the pork.
  3. Mix coleslaw and mayonaise. Serve on hamburger buns with the pork.
