boneless pork chops
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 c
salsa
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Season pork chops to taste. In skillet, brown both sides of chops in oil.
2Add salsa and lower heat. Simmer 30 minutes or until chops are thoroughly cooked.
