Ingredients

half lb
unsalted bacon
2 Tbsp
teryaki sauce
1 c
sugar snap peas
1 oz
butter
2
eggs
salt and pepper
8 oz
spaghetti

How to Make TERYAKI BACON AND SUGAR SNAP PEA

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put your spaghetti on to cook for approx 8 mins.
  • 2Cut your bacon into 1" strips and fry in a little butter. Cut your sugar snap peas in half and add to the frying pan. Add your teryaki sauce, salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 mins on a low heat.
  • 3In another small frying pan, fry your eggs to your tasting, I like mine sunny side up.
  • 4Drain your spaghetti, place bacon and sugar snap peas on top of the spaghetti and place your egg on top. Garnish with a little parsley.
