  • half lb
    unsalted bacon
  • 2 Tbsp
    teryaki sauce
  • 1 c
    sugar snap peas
  • 1 oz
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 8 oz
    spaghetti

How to Make TERYAKI BACON AND SUGAR SNAP PEA

Step-by-Step

  1. Put your spaghetti on to cook for approx 8 mins.
  2. Cut your bacon into 1" strips and fry in a little butter. Cut your sugar snap peas in half and add to the frying pan. Add your teryaki sauce, salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 mins on a low heat.
  3. In another small frying pan, fry your eggs to your tasting, I like mine sunny side up.
  4. Drain your spaghetti, place bacon and sugar snap peas on top of the spaghetti and place your egg on top. Garnish with a little parsley.
