teriyaki mushroom pork noodles
Inspiration was due to wandering a new nearby japanese/chinese grocery store near our house. I felt like trying my hand at a japanese dish and so I made it and the results were unbelievable!

Ingredients
- 1 pound japanese soba noodles
- 1/2 pound pork chops, boneless
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms
- 2 sticks green onion, chopped
- - teriyaki sauce
- 2 dashes garlic powder
How To Make teriyaki mushroom pork noodles

Step 1Chop all green onions, open both cans of mushrooms and drain them, then chop them as well.

Step 2Fry in a pan on the stove two diced up pork chops. Add some garlic powder and as they brown add a little teriyaki sauce.

Step 3Add the green onions and mushrooms to the pork chops and fry them together for about 10 minutes.

Step 4Boil the soba noodles as per the instructions on the packaging and then rinse them off with cold water.

Step 5Place noodles in bottom of serving bowl first and then add pork, green onion, mushroom mixture over the top. Add teriyaki sauce to taste and serve.
