Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork chunks
- 1/2 - green pepper
- 1/2 - orange pepper
- 1/2 - onion
- 3 - garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup water
How To Make tender pork stew

Step 1In a large pot, brown the pork chunks in olive oil on all sides, remove, set aside.

Step 2In the same pot, add the onions & peppers(diced))saute for a few minutes, add the garlic, then the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3place back in the pork chunks and simmer on low for an hour...
