Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless pork roast
  • 8 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, ground

How To Make tender pork roast

  • Step 1
    Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees.
  • Step 4
    Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm.
  • Step 5
    If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
