Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless pork roast
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard, ground
How To Make tender pork roast

Step 1Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees.

Step 4Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm.

Step 5If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
