Tangy Slow Cooker Pork

2 1/2 lbboneless pork loin

1 chot water

1/4 cwhite sugar

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

1 Tbspketchup
-
1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspsalt
-
2 clovelarge cloves garlic, minced

2 - 3 dash(es)hot pepper sauce, or to your taste
How to Make Tangy Slow Cooker Pork
- 1. Arrange onion slices evenly over the bottom of the Crockpot, and then place the roast on top of the onion.
- 2. In a bowl, mix together water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce; pour over roast.
- 3. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
- I served this with mashed potatoes and the juice and onion spooned over the meat and the potatoes. It would also be great with egg noodles or rice.
