This is one of my favorite ways to make pork chops,it is bursting with flavor.

  • 4
    boneless porkchops
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 2 medium
  • 1 large
    green pepper,julienned
  • 1 can(s)
    14.5oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 Tbsp
    each,cornstarch and water

How to Make Tangy Pork Chops


  1. Sprinkle chops with S&P,pre heat a deep skillet with olive oil and brown chops.
  2. Add the next 9 ingredients,cover and simmer on med-high heat for about 15-20 minutes or until chops are 165 degrees and onions and peppers are tender.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water,stir into skillet to thicken sauce.
  4. Serve over hot rice
