This is one of my favorite ways to make pork chops,it is bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless porkchops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 medium onions,julienned
  • 1 large green pepper,julienned
  • 1 can 14.5oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 - beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 tablespoons each,cornstarch and water

How To Make tangy pork chops

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle chops with S&P,pre heat a deep skillet with olive oil and brown chops.
  • Step 2
    Add the next 9 ingredients,cover and simmer on med-high heat for about 15-20 minutes or until chops are 165 degrees and onions and peppers are tender.
  • Step 3
    Mix cornstarch and water,stir into skillet to thicken sauce.
  • Step 4
    Serve over hot rice
