These pork chops are easy to prepare, and are great in the crock-pot or simmered on low on the stove top. Great Sunday dinner.

    pork chops
  • 1 c
    italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    mustard, spicy brown

    Crock-pot Directions. Place frozen pork chops in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients together, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Depending on how hot your crock-pot gets check at the 4 hour mark to see how things are progressing, nothing worse than dry chops.

    Stove top method. Thaw chops. Salt and pepper each side, brown on each side. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the top. Simmer on very low for a few hours or until done. Check occasionally to be sure not to overcook and dry out your chops.
