Ingredients
- 1 - 3 pounds boneless pork roast
- 4 cloves garlic ,minced
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 3/4 cups ketchup
- 22 - sandwhich buns

Step 1In slow cooker combine all ingredients except buns.Mix well.I rolled pork roast in liquid to coat it well.

Step 2Cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Take roast out and shred with fork;Place back into cooker and mix in sauce.Serve with slotted spoon onto bunns.Serve with fries.
