    3 pounds boneless pork roast
  • 4 clove
    garlic ,minced
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 c
  • 22
    sandwhich buns

How to Make Tangy B.Q sandwhiches


  1. In slow cooker combine all ingredients except buns.Mix well.I rolled pork roast in liquid to coat it well.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Take roast out and shred with fork;Place back into cooker and mix in sauce.Serve with slotted spoon onto bunns.Serve with fries.
