Ingredients

  • 1 - 3 pounds boneless pork roast
  • 4 cloves garlic ,minced
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 3/4 cups ketchup
  • 22 - sandwhich buns

How To Make tangy b.q sandwhiches

  • Step 1
    In slow cooker combine all ingredients except buns.Mix well.I rolled pork roast in liquid to coat it well.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Take roast out and shred with fork;Place back into cooker and mix in sauce.Serve with slotted spoon onto bunns.Serve with fries.
