packed brown sugar
2 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
paprika
1/3 c
vinegar
1/3 c
worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 3/4 c
ketchup

How to Make Tangy B.Q sandwhiches

Step-by-Step

  • 1In slow cooker combine all ingredients except buns.Mix well.I rolled pork roast in liquid to coat it well.
  • 2Cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Take roast out and shred with fork;Place back into cooker and mix in sauce.Serve with slotted spoon onto bunns.Serve with fries.
