Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce or dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon regular soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chinese black vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chinese 5 spice powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 - shallots chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms chopped
- 2 stalks green onion chopped
How To Make taiwanese noodles with meat sauce

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

Step 2In a small bowl combine the chicken broth, oyster sauce, regular soy sauce, vinegar, five spice powder and brown sugar. Set aside.

Step 3In a large skillet heat oil. Add the shallots and garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add the ground pork and cook until almost done. Add the mushrooms. Pour the broth sauce mixture in and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the noodles and serve garnished with green onions.
