1Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.
2In a small bowl combine the chicken broth, oyster sauce, regular soy sauce, vinegar, five spice powder and brown sugar. Set aside.
3In a large skillet heat oil. Add the shallots and garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add the ground pork and cook until almost done. Add the mushrooms. Pour the broth sauce mixture in and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the noodles and serve garnished with green onions.
