Ingredients
- - vegetable oil for frying
- 3 cups mexican meat mix, thawed
- 12 - 15 - corn tortillas
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- - shredded lettuce
- 2 - tomatoes, fresh and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 can (7 oz) green chili salsa
How To Make tacos supreme

Step 1Heat 2 inches of oil to 375F degrees in a large skillet. Heat 'Mexican Meat Mix' in a medium saucepan. Fry tortillas in hot oil. Using tongs, fold tortillas in half, then immediately open to 45-degree angle. Fry about 1 minute, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Place 2 Tablespoons 'Mexican Meat Mix' in each cooked tortilla. Top with grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green onion and green chili salsa.

Step 2Variation: For convenience, us prefried, formed corn tortillas instead of forming your own.
