Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and white pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
- 2 1/2 cups cooked green beans
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 to 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- - cooked white rice
How To Make szechuan green beans and pork

Step 1Combine the pork, cornstarch and salt and pepper and set aside.

Step 2Heat 2 tsp. peanut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the pork mixture, the green beans and the garlic and cook until the pork is no longer pink.

Step 3Combine the hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper and add to the pork mixture.

Step 4Serve with cooked white rice.
