Ingredients
- 8 - swiss chard leaves, rinsed and ends trimmed
- 16 slices black forest ham
- 16 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup onions, diced and sauteed
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh chopped
How To Make swiss chard bundles

Step 1Place chard in boiling water just long enough to wilt about 1 minute.

Step 2Allow to cool for easy handling.

Step 3Spread leaves open lay 2 slices of ham and then 2 slices of cheese.

Step 4Mix stuffing ingredients and divide among the 8 bundles.

Step 5Roll leaves gently to prevent tearing.

Step 6Lay on sheet pan with seam side down.

Step 7Brush with olive oil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
