We love the combination of sausage and onions, in our house so this is a favorite.

  • 5 large
    vidalia onions, sliced and lightly sauteed
  • 12
    buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1 lb
    sausage meat, browned and drained
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 10 3/4 oz
    can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 small
    jar of pimento

How to Make Sweet Vidalia Onion and Sausage Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the crackers and transfer to a large casserole dish. Top with crackers and bake for 30 minutes or until crackers are golden brown. Serve warm
