vidalia onions, sliced and lightly sauteed
buttery crackers, crushed
1 lb
sausage meat, browned and drained
1/4 tsp
seasoning salt
10 3/4 oz
can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
grated cheddar cheese
1 small
jar of pimento

How to Make Sweet Vidalia Onion and Sausage Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the crackers and transfer to a large casserole dish. Top with crackers and bake for 30 minutes or until crackers are golden brown. Serve warm
