    pork loins -- cut into chunks
  • 2 c
    instant white rice -- uncooked
  • 1 c
    mushrooms -- sliced
  • 2 medium
    carrots -- chopped
  • 1 small
    onion -- chopped
  • 1 medium
    jalapeno pepper -- chopped
  • 1 large
    red bell pepper -- chopped
  • 1/2 c
    bulls eye sweet & tangy bbq sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can(s)
    pineapple chunks -- undrained
  • 1 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp
    five spice

How to Make Sweet & Tangy Pork with Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook and stir for 2 min.
  3. Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.
  6. Let it stand for 5 min.
  7. Fluff it with fork before serving.
