Sweet & Tangy Pork with Rice

1 1/2 lb
pork loins -- cut into chunks
2 c
instant white rice -- uncooked
1 c
mushrooms -- sliced
2 medium
carrots -- chopped
1 small
onion -- chopped
1 medium
jalapeno pepper -- chopped
1 large
red bell pepper -- chopped
1/2 c
bulls eye sweet & tangy bbq sauce
1 (15 oz) can(s)
pineapple chunks -- undrained
1 tsp
salt & pepper
1 tsp
five spice


1Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
2Add meat; cook and stir for 2 min.
3Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
4Stir in remaining ingredients.
5Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.
6Let it stand for 5 min.
7Fluff it with fork before serving.
