- 1 1/2 pounds pork loins -- cut into chunks
- 2 cups instant white rice -- uncooked
- 1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
- 2 medium carrots -- chopped
- 1 small onion -- chopped
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper -- chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper -- chopped
- 1/2 cup bulls eye sweet & tangy bbq sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks -- undrained
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon five spice

Step 1Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

Step 2Add meat; cook and stir for 2 min.

Step 3Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 5Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.
