Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork loins -- cut into chunks
  • 2 cups instant white rice -- uncooked
  • 1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
  • 2 medium carrots -- chopped
  • 1 small onion -- chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper -- chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper -- chopped
  • 1/2 cup bulls eye sweet & tangy bbq sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks -- undrained
  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1 teaspoon five spice

How To Make sweet & tangy pork with rice

  • Step 1
    Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add meat; cook and stir for 2 min.
  • Step 3
    Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.
  • Step 6
    Let it stand for 5 min.
  • Step 7
    Fluff it with fork before serving.
