How to Make Sweet & Tangy Pork Chops
- lay each porkchop in a baking dish. spoon 1 tablespoon of mustard, then brown sugar onto each pork chop. pour enough milk over them to cover bottom of pan and dampen each chop, cover with foil and bake at 350 for half an hour
- remove from oven, remove foil, flip each pork chop and reapply the mustard and brown sugar and milk. arrange apple slices around dish and put back in oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until done.
