Ingredients
- 14 ounces flat rice noodles
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 scallion white and light green parts chopped. dark green parts sliced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
- hoisin sauce for serving
How To Make sweet & spicy rice noodles with ground pork

Step 1Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Step 2Add the sesame oil to a wok or skillet. Add the pork, fish sauce and white and light green scallions. Cook unil pork is no longer pink.

Step 3Stir in the brown sugar and chili garlic paste. Mix well. Stir in the noodles. Cook until warmed and coated well.

Step 4Serve garnished with the dark green parts of scallions and hoisin sauce
