Ingredients For sweet & spicy rice noodles with ground pork

  • 14 oz
    flat rice noodles
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 3
    scallion white and light green parts chopped. dark green parts sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili garlic paste
  • hoisin sauce for serving

How To Make sweet & spicy rice noodles with ground pork

    Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain.

    Add the sesame oil to a wok or skillet. Add the pork, fish sauce and white and light green scallions. Cook unil pork is no longer pink.

    Stir in the brown sugar and chili garlic paste. Mix well. Stir in the noodles. Cook until warmed and coated well.

    Serve garnished with the dark green parts of scallions and hoisin sauce
