How to Make Sweet & Spicy Ham Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up ham into roughly 1" x 1" chunks and place all ingredients in food processor.
Pulse slowly so as not to end up with mush. It should be well mixed but still a little chunky.
This is one if those recipes you can customize however you like. You could leave out the onion or celery or both and you can adjust the mayo and pepper jelly too if you want it more moist etc.... Serve this on your favorite biscuits, rolls or just eat on crackers!
