Stove Top

Add to Grocery List

24 oz
1 c
clear caro surup
1 c
red wine vinegar
4 lb
boneless country style pork ribs

How to Make Sweet & Sour Spareribs

  • 1In a large covered pot add ketchup, caro surup, wine vinegar--then add country style pork ribs--I like to cut them in smaller pieces--less messy when eating
  • 2cover pot and set on low to medium heat for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours--stir every once in awhile--about 20 minutes before it is done put on a pot of rice
When ribs are done you will have the best tender ribs around--and enough sauce for the rice
  • 3We always have leftovers and then make sloppy joes or tacos the next night
    Bon apetite
