yield
depending on amount of ribs used--if using more than 4 lbs then you will want to add more of the ket
Ingredients
- 24 ounces ketchup
- 1 cup clear caro surup
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
How To Make sweet & sour spareribs
-
Step 1In a large covered pot add ketchup, caro surup, wine vinegar--then add country style pork ribs--I like to cut them in smaller pieces--less messy when eating
-
Step 2cover pot and set on low to medium heat for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours--stir every once in awhile--about 20 minutes before it is done put on a pot of rice When ribs are done you will have the best tender ribs around--and enough sauce for the rice
-
Step 3We always have leftovers and then make sloppy joes or tacos the next night Bon apetite
