Ingredients
- 1 - slab spareribs
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
How To Make sweet & sour pork

Step 1Place the spareribs in a wok or a large skillet and brown.

Step 2Add all the other ingredients and cook gently over low heat for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
