    pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    marjarine
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 can(s)
    frozen concentrated orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar

How to Make SWEET-SOUR ORANGE PORK CHOPS

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown chops in margarine. Transfer into casserole dish and cover with sliced onion. Combine all other ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
