Ingredients
- 1 bottle heinz ketchup
- 4 tablespoons dried mustard
- 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 - onion,diced
- 12 - mushrooms, sliced
- 1 - green pepper, diced
- - olive oil
How To Make sweet pork sauce

Step 1Brown the pork chops until slightly golden brown in olive oil saute mushrooms, onions, green peppers in frying pan. Prepare sauce in large roasting pan.

Step 2Place one layer of pork chops on the bottom as closely together as possible.

Step 3Ladle prepared sauce over pork chops. Mix green pepper, and mushrooms and onion over top of sauce.

Step 4Bake at 450 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
