How to Make Sweet-n-spicy pork ribs
- Heat broiler. Sprinkle ribs w/ a little salt and pepper. Place ribs on a rack, then on to a broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat for 10 mins, turning once. This will give them a nice crisp taste, almost the same as griling them.
- Place ribs in slow cooker. In bowl stir together chili sauce, preserves, brown sugar and chile peppers. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs, or as I prefer on high for 3-1/2 hrs.
- Place ribs on a platter, skim fat from sauce in cooker. Place sauce in a gravy bowl and serve w/ ribs.
