place lid on top and simmer on low all day at least 5 hrs maybe even 6 till meat just falls apart...
no need to stir just let it cook all day....
3I place it over white rice....I have an 11yr old son and a 6 yr old daughter and they both loved it!! because it has a sweet taste I'm sure!!!! you won't believe how it tastes and smells just like the sweet and sour pork at the oreintal resteraunts!!!
