How to Make Sweet Hospitality Pork Chops
- 1Season and lightly brown pork chops on both sides in skillet.
- 2While pork chops are browning, slice onion to desired thickness and salt and pepper to taste.
- 3Remove pork chops from skillet and place in covered baking dish. Pour molasses on top of chops. Cover with sliced onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until tender and moist. Remove from over and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
